Service overview
HTML To Link provides tools for publishing HTML folders, single files, ZIP archives, or pasted code as public links, together with related features such as account access, analytics, page updates, renewals, and agent-assisted uploads.
We may change product functionality, pricing, service availability, and platform behavior as the service evolves or as required for legal, operational, or security reasons.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering, logging in, or making payments, and for keeping your account credentials and API token secure. Risks caused by poor credential management are your responsibility.
You may not interfere with platform security, bypass system restrictions, abuse upload endpoints, or impersonate another person or entity.
User content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, host, share, or publish through the service, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, phishing, virus-containing, or otherwise harmful content that could damage the platform, other users, or third parties.
Payments and renewals
Some hosting durations, renewal options, or additional benefits may require payment. The applicable pricing, term length, and entitlement details are shown on the purchase surface.
Unless required by law, completed digital service purchases are generally non-refundable. If there is duplicate billing, an obvious charging error, or a delivery failure, you may contact us for support.
Availability and disclaimers
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suitable operation for every use case. Internet services may be affected by maintenance, network issues, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Suspension and termination
If we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, created a security risk, abused platform resources, uploaded prohibited content, or triggered a legal compliance obligation, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time, but completed orders, fees already incurred, and historical records may still be retained where required for legal or operational reasons.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page, and continued use of the service will generally mean that you accept the updated terms.
